Institutional Locksmith Association is having a  "informal" meeting and Education Seminar in North Carolina with the attempt to start the first ILA chapter in North Carolina.
The date will be on May 31, 2008 at North Carolina State University Repair and Renovation center conference room starting at 12:00pm until 5:00pm.
